Q) When I call Chuck's Better Home, will a sales person contact me to give me an estimate? A) No, Chuck's Better Home does not employ sales people. Q) Will I be charged a service call fee or an estimation fee? A) Absolutely not! We only charge for the work performed and are more than happy to provide you with a free estimate. Q) What if I have only a few minor items that need attention? Will Chuck's Better Home still perform the work? A) Absolutely, One call does it all and no job is too small. We're happy to assist you in any way we can. Q) In what towns does Chuck's Better Homes perform work? A) Chuck's works in Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. Q) Do I need building permits, who will acquire them and is there a fee? A) A permit is not required for maintenance and repair in most cases but with larger projects you may need one. In that case, if you would like us to acquire them for you, we only charge the actual permit fee. Scheduled routine maintenance saves thousands in the long run.
